Slow down amidst the hustle and bustle in the heart of Newcastle’s CBD. No social or family commitments – just a day of mindfulness, yoga and relaxation all for you.
Your morning schedule will see you being guided in and learning the simple brilliance that is mindfulness. Flow through a fun and thoughtfully crafted vinyasa class and refuel with heathy snacks and refreshments. Nurture and warm up with a delicious and nutritious lunch and enjoy some quiet time.
Be still in a restorative yoga class and become calmly aware with yoga nidra and relaxation weaved into the mix. Feeling balanced and zen, spend your afternoon reflecting and learning pranayama breath work techniques to invigorate and soothe. Float home and be prepared to take on the week ahead with a newly found sense of equanimity and perspective.
Wear warm and comfortable clothes, bring a sense of fun, and a willingness to let go and relax. If you’re new to yoga, fear not; no yoga experience is necessary and mats will be provided.
