- Choose your tree. A bonsai on your desk, a sapling in a garden or a towering giant in a forest.
- Get hands-on with your tree. Nature renews us, body and soul.
- Nurture it. Water your tree, trim it, clear weeds or litter from around it.
- Really look at your tree. Is it a home for insects or other creatures? What qualities does it possess? Focus on your tree and yourself.
